The Comparative Jurist, part of the Center for Comparative Legal Studies and Post-Conflict Peacebuilding, is William & Mary Law School’s literary platform for comparative and international legal and policy research. It was founded and is sponsored by Comparative Legal Student Scholars, the student division of CLS/PCP.
Comparative Legal Student Scholars is committed to supporting a wide range of academic and real world professional experiences for students in the field of post-conflict reconstruction. Student members organize symposia and speaker events and support the vibrant CLS/PCP International Internship Program, which annually sponsors up to 25 law students who intern abroad in developing and post-conflict countries.
The Comparative Jurist’s mission is to serve William and Mary Law School and the larger global community by engaging students, legal practitioners, and experts worldwide in discussions about contemporary international and comparative legal and policy issues.
